Our collections consist of premium and custom made Leotards, professional tights and specific ballet leggings. Also you will find ballet wraps, legwarmers and exclusive outerwear. Our footwear is a selection of the highest quality ballet slippers, anti-slip ballet socks and warmup booties.
At this time, pointe shoes are not included in our regular collection yet

The collection ‘Les Contemporains’ is your focus for a more daring, innovative take on Ballet fashion

Either select by Ballet Style, select by Collection or – if you are more familiar with our collections – select by Outfits in the menu at the top of every page. Or simply click on the relevant section in the drop-down menu and start form there.
HOW DO I ORDER AT BALLETONIST.COM?
Simply select the outfit you love. Then select your sizes and colour, click “add to shopping bag” and that is all! Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit the giftbox icon at the top right-hand corner of our screen and click on “Checkout” to be led through the checkout process.

WHAT IS A BALLETONIST VIRTUAL GIFTCARD?
BALLETONIST’s Virtual Gift card is already a widely celebrated personal and exclusive gift, with total freedom for the lucky receiver.
The Virtual Gift Card will be e-mailed to the recipient once the order has been processed. The thoughtful purchaser will receive a confirmation of dispatch by email.
Our Virtual Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. They can be redeemed for all products at BALLETONIST.COM.
Of course purchases made with a Virtual Gift card will be elegantly gift wrapped and sent in a BALLETONIST signature box.

WHAT ABOUT TAXES – EU COUNTRIES
All prices include VAT. At this time we are unable to provide a tax-back service for any of our customers.
WHAT ABOUT TAXES – OUTSIDE EU
Customers purchasing from a country outside the EU may be subject to Import duty or tax costs or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. You will be charged for the Import duty or tax costs directly from DHL, UPS or other carrier. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

DOES BALLETONIST DELIVER TO PO BOXES OR BFPO ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, currently we cannot deliver orders to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
As soon as your order leaves our logistics department, you will receive an e-mail with further details on the delivery and a Track & Trace code to follow your order.
WHAT IS BALLETONIST’S RETURN POLICY?
Should an item not fit you or not be to your liking, you can simply return the order to us at any time within 14 days of receipt. We advise you to observe the following carefully before returning any products.
BALLETONIST will refund the purchase price of return only if:
- all security return/exchange labels are intact and attached to each item
- all Products are in their original condition
- the return is registered with us within 14 days from delivery
- all products are returned within two weeks from delivery and your return package needs to be accepted by us in The Netherlands within four weeks
- the return is send in the original BALLETONIST packaging – double boxed
- the return is accompanied by the original invoice
- the return is accompanied by a Return form. You may use our return form
Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered or damaged will not be accepted. BALLETONIST reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at BALLETONIST’s sole discretion.

If you wish to return your order, we kindly ask you to follow the next steps. Then we know your return is coming and your refund will be processed quicker.

Please use the original packaging – double boxed – when returning your order. Do not use any other packaging to return your order in.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment and its costs. BALLETONIST can’t be held responsible for any delays, missing items or damage.
BALLETONIST may only process a refund once the returned products have been received in good order. We therefore advice you to always keep hold of your Track&Trace/receipts/confirmations in the event of any queries.
I LOVE MY OUTFIT, BUT I ORDERED AN ITEM IN THE WRONG SIZE. CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
