Return policy

Should an item not fit you or not be to your liking, you can simply return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. We advise you to observe the following requirements carefully before returning any products. BALLETONIST reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these requirements.

 

REQUIREMENTS

BALLETONIST will refund the purchase price of return only if:
all security return/exchange labels are intact and attached to each item.
all products are in their original condition
the return is registered with us within 14 days from delivery.
your return package needs to be delivered to us in The Netherlands within four weeks.
the return is send in the original BALLETONIST packaging
the return is at your own cost
the return is accompanied by the original invoice
the return is accompanied by a Return form. You may use our return form.

** Tights cannot be returned. Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered or damaged will not be accepted. BALLETONIST reserves the right to refuse returned items or shipments that do not meet the requirments as mentioned.

 

RETURNS

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to follow the next steps.
1. Contact us using the contact form on our website or send an email to info@balletonist.com mentioning EXCHANGE + your order number. You will receive a confirmation and further details on how to proceed.
2. Use the original packaging when returning your order. Do not use any other packaging to return your order in.

Please bear in mind that Ballet Fashion may feel a little more snug than your regular fashionables. This ensures good view of your posture and muscles, enabling your ballet master to correct you.

 

IMPORTANT

We can process a refund or exchange only if the return package has been received by us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment and its costs. BALLETONIST is not responsible for any delays, loss or damage of your return shipment. Therefore we strongly recommend to use a registered shipping service including signature for receipt and advice you to keep hold of your track&trace/receipts/confirmations. Thank you for your understanding.
